To request your inspection call (559) 713-4452 the day before you need your inspection: 

The Building Safety Division is currently experiencing a high level of inspection requests and may be unable to accommodate your request for a particular day and/or timeframe for your inspection. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to provide the service we expect to provide.

Please have ready the Permit Number, the Inspection Item Number and your preference of an A.M. or P.M. inspection time. Although you may request an A.M. or P.M. inspection, there is no guarantee that you will receive an inspection during that time, but our inspectors will do their best to meet your needs. The system will then generate a confirmation number at the end of your phone call.

Online inspection scheduling is available at www.visalia.city/inspections.  A valid State Contractors License and City Business Tax Certificate are required.
